After purchasing the land, H Group designed a new purpose-built facility for Wang Trading, who purchased it off the plan. Construction is due for completion Q4 2026.
H Group recognised this site for it’s unmatched location and visibility, and purchased it Q2 2025. When Wang Trading had indicated they were in search for a new facility in Silverdale it was an obvious match up. They loved the site, so H Group designed them a purpose-built facility.
Wang Trading have a clear scope for their buildings, which are designed to store and sell Asian food on a wholesale basis to trade customers, as well the general public may shop there.
A high-spec design incl. full height pre-cast walls on all sides of the building with an intricate negative detail, polished concrete floors, fully temperature controlled, large glazed canopy with louvers, and more - for a family owned business with a long future outlook, quality of build is at the forefront.
This property was sold to Wang Trading off the plan and is now in the process of being constructed, with an estimated completion of Q3/Q4 2026.
